IMS API bulk creation (Populate from IMS)
Bulk-discover IMS transactions from Browse, match COBOL source and DL/I message layouts, publish to the IMS catalog, and expose REST System APIs with OpenAPI.
OL CoreIQ turns registered IMS transactions into governed System APIs in bulk. From an IMS → Browse page, Populate from IMS queries transactions through Operations Manager, matches them to COBOL source members, reads request and reply layouts from each program’s DL/I calls, and adds selected transactions to the IMS catalog. Publish those associations to expose them on /api/v1/... and in the dynamic OpenAPI document—then test from Browse or Swagger over IMS Connect.
