Workspace Roles Catalog
Auto-collect actor and responsibility roles from OL Spec specifications and show primary and secondary involvement on each operation.
The Workspace roles page in OL Spec lists the actor and responsibility roles used across processes in the workspace—for example Customer, Approver, BackOfficeAgent.
Capabilities
Where roles come from
- Roles are not created on the catalog page directly
- Picked up from business processes that include a Roles section
- Saving a Draft that mentions roles refreshes the catalog and links operations automatically
- Add or rename a role by editing the spec; the list reflects the change on save
In a process
- Each operation can show Primary / Secondary tags next to its title
Used by & delete
- Expand Used by for every operation reference and primary vs secondary; click to jump to the operation
- Delete only when nothing uses the role; remove references from specs first, save, then delete
