Branded App Fallback Pages
Every platform app tile stays reachable: when a federated app isn't installed or fails to load, the shell renders a branded fallback page instead of a broken route.
The OL Hub platform shell loads product apps (Designer, OL TermIQ, OL AppIQ, OL DataIQ, OL Code, OL Planner, …) as federated remotes. When a remote is not part of the installation or fails to load at runtime, users no longer hit a blank screen or router error. The shell renders a branded fallback page for that app.
