Durably track active and completed operation instances as terminal events match operation-definition triggers (in real time during ingest or via retroactive backfill) with duration, steps, and linked event detail.
OL TermIQ collects operation instances whenever terminal events match an active operation definition. An instance represents one execution of a business operation for a session: started by a start trigger, advanced by intervening events, and completed (or failed/reset) by end/reset rules.
