CRM Archive Import
Search a CRM archive and import an account into OL Edge with its contacts, leads, and deals, using an admin-defined field map.
CRM Archive Import copies an account from a configured archive into OL Edge CRM, together with the contacts, leads, and deals that belong to it. When the archive includes contact roles nested under a deal, those roles come in with the account. An administrator sets the archive address and the JSON map from archive fields to Edge fields. An empty address turns import off. An empty map uses the built-in default.
