From batch catalog updates to real-time in 45 days
Challenge. Monoprix used batch processes to update its online catalog. Adding an item or changing a listing took a full day; resolving issues could take days. New fashion collections needed faster time-to-market.
Solution. Mainframe CICS transactions, green screens, and DB2 processes were exposed as APIs and microservices without extra technical layers, moving the catalog from once-daily batch to near real-time.
Results. Monoprix assumed full ownership within 45 days. Catalog updates that took 24 hours now appear near real-time, putting products in front of customers faster.

Challenge. Quotes, orders, logistics, and customer care lived on IBM i. A new Microsoft Dynamics CRM had to serve 120 users across 12 dealerships, headquarters, and a logistics center with real-time access to that data.
