Notification Inbox & Web Push
Open a header inbox for mentions and approvals, dismiss items or clear all, and optionally receive OS banners when you opt in.
OL Edge records in-app notifications when something needs a person: mentions, shared notes, ticket-plan approvals, ticket assignment, and similar events. A header bell opens the inbox. You can dismiss one item or clear the inbox. After an insert, an optional Web Push can show an OS banner on Android and desktop browsers that support it. Assigning a ticket notifies the new assignee in the inbox and by email, and only when the assignee actually changes.
